Reference values

The Samarcanda reference values are reported in the corporate code of ethics, a document distributed internally and which informs the processes, procedures and behaviors of all the divisions of the group.
The code formalizes the brand’s attitude towards the network of subjects it interacts with, starting with the behavior of those who represent the brand with their work.

Declaration of responsibility

In the code, whose last revision dates back to June 2019, the ethical element is declined into three sections, which well represent the Samarcanda style:

  • Ethics in business management (and in relations with customers, institutions, competitors and suppliers)
  • Work ethics and professional conduct
  • Ethics in relations with the territory
