Samarcanda s.r.l., Data Controller (also called company) with registered office in Viale Montegrappa 276 - 59100 Prato, informs that it will acquire the personal data of the applicant (also called data subject) after the spontaneous completion of the form. The data entered have as their purpose the request for information on the services offered by the company. Data processing is aimed at pursuing the purposes of the company and fulfilling the specific requests of the data subject. The provision of data is optional and is subject to the will of the applicant without any request from the Data Controller. Any partial or total refusal to provide the data will make it impossible to meet the specific requests of the data subject. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the data will be processed in compliance with art.6 and art.32 of the GDPR. Data retention: 1 year unless possible establishment of business relationships/ collaborations.
